Yes they are. Our studio is located in Passaic, New Jersey. In addition, our webbing (the fabric material of the collars and leashes) is weaved in the USA also.

Yes they are. We gather our orders in the morning with a cut off time of about 11AM EST. Those orders will go into production right away and usually get mailed out within 24 hours.

We sell customized and non-customized products. Customized products are not returnable. All customizable products are clearly identified on the product page. In the event that we make an error on your order, then it is automatically returnable.
We primarily use the United States Post Office for reasons of economy. We also believe in supporting the post office. This has worked out well for us for many years. We ship our products out in white bubble packages made from recycled materials.
Yes, we do. We have shipped to dozens of countries over the years. We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS). The reason for this is that is is the least expensive option compared to other carriers. The only disadvantage with the USPS is that they do not provide door-to-door tracking. So once the package leaves he USA, we cannot track its whereabouts. That being said
They are all made from 100% polyester. This is similar but different than the Nylon collars that are commonly found in the market. The tensile, or breaking strength, of the materials are very similar. Polyester material allows the printing process called dye sublimation, Nylon does not. The high heat, dye sublimation process fuses the colors directly into the fabric making them permanent. Nylon only accepts surface screen printing which can rub off easily. Lastly, polyester is hydrophobic, meaning that it resists the absorption of water. This makes it less prone to mold and mildew. Nylon is hydrophilic meaning that it tends to absorb water.
Since 2007 we've been using Wienerlock brand buckles. They are a premium buckle made by the American company National Molding, LLC. Also, we only use welded d-rings which prevents the d-ring (where the leash attaches) from being pulled open by a strong dog.
Absolutely. We started in our basement in 2007 with FlagCollars.com. Our daughter, now in college, was 6 years old and worked the treat table when we would participate in festivals and street fairs as vendors. We don't do those anymore but what great memories.
