Shipping policy

  1. We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 
  2. We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) both domestically and internationally. Tracking numbers are automatically sent out to the email address on the order upon fulfillment.
  3. For orders of less than 39 USD and weighing less than 14 oz. we charge a flat rate of $3.95 for USPS First Class Service. This is a 3-4 day delivery service within the United States.
  4. Free shipping (when it applies) refers only to USPS First Class Mail. Other services will be charged accordingly.
  5. International orders are shipped via USPS. The USPS does not provide door-to-door tracking service. The tracking number issued with fulfilled orders will provide information about the package up to the point that it leaves the United States.
  6. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  7. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at 1-800-738-6092. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  8. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
