Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund due to a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. There is a 30-day window for returns with no reason required (shipping cost is not refunded unless the return is due to our error). After 30 days we offer a 180-day exchange policy in the event of faulty craftmanship or parts.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom-made items. Any item where the customer chooses the color of artwork to be printed on the item is considered a custom item and is not returnable. Any item where the customer chooses only the color of the fabric is not considered a custom item and is returnable. There will be clear text on product pages where items are not retrunable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges of unused items
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive the returned item we will issue the refund if the item is in re-sellable condition.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
